It's turning into a long, hot summer in Montreal. We are spending lots of time outdoors. That's what I love about summer: dining al fresco, swimming at the pool (when we can't get to the ocean), summer festivals, the Jazz Festival in Montreal, the Chew Chew Festival in Burlington, Vermont. I love the smells of summer: bbq, freshly mown grass, the sounds of my neighbours in their yard, all the children playing in front of the house. I never want summer to stop.
